Wake Up and Smell the flowers because LHS’ Prom is just right around the corner.

On Saturday April 29th it’ll be a night filled with food,fun, and memories as the seniors at Lakewood enjoy their last dance together before parting. This years prom will be held at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens which is located in University Circle.

It’s a fabulous venue filled with hundreds of types of flowers to look at and a butterfly walk through. Also, access to the beautiful gardens outdoors. For being a place that rarely holds proms, it’ll be a change for LHS! In other years, LHS has held proms at locations around Cleveland such as Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, House of Blues, Windows On the river etc;

Seniors this year are ecstatic for this years location because it’s the first time ever it’s been there!

Here are some seniors who will be attending this year who’d like to voice their opinions on what they’re looking forward to the most!

“What are you excited for the most for this years prom?”
“Having a beautiful location to take pictures at and make memories that’ll last a lifetime” says Jane Mechenbier.

“Getting ready and looking like a baddy to stunt on everyone” and you sure will Hailey Ohmer!

“I don’t know, does it matter?” I guess not Aaron Lorkowski!

“Food!” Courtney Moran I totally agree.

“To look so icey boy like bling blouw these girls trynna steal our stouwl” Totally Ryann Greenfield.
