    Scream Queens Cancelled

    Scream+Queens+Cancelled

The hit FOX TV-series Scream Queens is coming to an end after two eventful seasons! There are no plans to re-new this comedy-horror anthology series for more seasons. Co-chairman, and CEO Gary Newman commented on the cancellation by saying “It feels as if it was a complete story. We have no plans at this point to go back there and tell more stories so we won’t be seeing Scream Queens this season.” Scream Queens was one of the first big swings for Fox TV Group chairmen Dana Walden and Newman.

The talented cast should have no problems re-appearing on your TV! Billie Catherine Lourd who plays Chanel #3 already has a role lined up in season 7 for FOX’s hit TV series American Horror Story. Lea Michele is starring in the ABC comedy The Mayor.

If you have never heard of Scream Queens, or just never cared to catch it on TV, here is a quick plot overview. In 1995, a mysterious accident happened at the college sorority Kappa Kappa Tau that was never solved. Fast forward to present day, main characters Chanel Oberlin (played by Emma Roberts), is the president of the sisterhood with the help of her minions Chanel #2 (played by Ariana Grande), and Chanel #3 (played by Billie Lourd), and Chanel #5 (played by Abigal Breslin). They make the house a place where only glamorous, rich, and evil lie. But when Dean of the campus requires that Kappa Kappa Tau need to accept all applicants, the house receives some interesting new sisters. There is more to the plot although I do not want to spoil everything, so you’ll just have to watch to find out what happens in the span of two seasons!
