Sarah Krost is a junior here at Lakewood High. Sarah is a lifeguard at the YMCA in the winter and life guards for Lakewood city pools in the summer. Sarah is a very up beat and positive person. Krost is a great student who works hard in the classroom. I got to ask Sarah some questions to get to know her better. The questions and her answers are down below.
Q: What is your favorite class at Lakewood High?
A: “Current Events because it is an interesting and joyful class.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Lakewood?
A: “The amount of school spirit.”
Q: Who is your favorite teacher and why?
A: “Ms. l because her classroom always has a positive and upbeat feeling.”
Q: What sports do you play and what made you join them?
A: “Swim team. A lot of my friends were on the team and I wanted a way to stay active but still have fun.”
Q: What advice would you give to underclass men?
A: “School is so much more important than anything else. If you keep your grades up as a freshman and sophomore than junior and senior year will be much easier.”
Q: What is your favorite memory of junior year?
A: “My favorite memory was the pep rally we had on the football field. Everybody was having fun and dressed in their class colors.”
Q: Are you excited for next year?
A: “I’m so excited to be a senior and partake in all the cool things seniors get to do like prom and cedar point.”
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: “I plan to go to college and study pre law and then go to law school to eventually become a lawyer.”
Q: Where do you work?
A: “I work at YMCA as a life guard.”
Sarah also enjoys the t.v. show Criminal Minds and her favorite candy is sour patch kids. Sarah enjoys hanging out with her friends in her free time and her favorite food is pasta.
