    Tiger Woods DUI

    Tiger+Woods+DUI

Tiger Woods was one of the world’s greatest golfers but he has not won a major title in a decade. Recently he has gotten himself into some trouble.

Monday morning the American professional golfer, Tiger Woods was pulled over and arrested with a DUI. When police approached him he was claimed to be asleep at the wheel and when he woke up he was “confused but cooperative as much as possible.”His speech was slurred and he had a hard time keeping his eyes open. When he took the breathalyzer test he blew a 0.00 twice after his arrest. There was no alcohol in his system but he failed four roadside sobriety tests.

Tiger Woods has had four back surgeries in a little over three years. He claims that this was caused by his four prescribed medication; Soloxex, Vicodin, Torix, and Vioxx. Vicodin can cause serious side effects, they depress reflex, reaction time and make driving behind a wheel unsafe. Woods blames his DUI arrest on prescription drugs. He released this statement to the public “I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. I did not realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly.”

Tiger Woods’ car was heavily damaged with two flat tires on the driver’s side, a damaged bumper, a broken tail light along with damaged rims to his 2015 black Mercedes-Benz.

Tiger Woods is scheduled for a court hearing on July 5.
