    Zack Greinke’s $138.5M Contract Destroyed

    Zack Greinkes $138.5M Contract Destroyed

In his first season with the Arizona Diamondbacks, in 2016, Zack wasn’t especially good but last season he was quite good.

This  season Zach is going back to his old ways and that’s bad news for the Snakes. It might even be a disaster.

Through the 2.2 exhibition innings, Greinke had a surrendered .333 opponents batting average. That’s just little bit of what he had. The more troubling, his fast ball has been sitting in the mid 80’s and topping gout a 87 mph.

In his most recent outing on Wednesday, he has to leave the mound after an inning because of pain.

The fans are all anxious as well as Greinke.

“Every year, I get nervous it’s not working good enough and its nt going to come fast enough,” Zack said.

His battled diminished velocity and went on in post a 3.20 ERA and 215 strikeouts in 202.1 innings. H made the National League All-Star team and finished in fourth in NL Cy Young Award voting.

The diamondback owe Zack 138.5 million dollars through 202. They went all in when they signed him for 206.5million mega deal in December 2015.

He has had problems through the years with anxiety during pas seasons. Hopefully everything works out for him and he gets out of his funk.
