This year, Cleveland is one of the cities to host the National College Fair. It will take place on Saturday, March 23rd at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.

The College Fair is sponsored by the NACAC, National Association for College Admission Counseling. They have been providing opportunities for families since 1937. They are dedicated to helping individuals investigate which route after high school is best for them: not just in the United States, but around the world.

There is going to be over 200 universities (two and four-year), nursing schools, trade schools, and business schools participating. Some of the schools that will be in attendance are  Arizona State University, Ashland University, Baldwin Wallace University, Eastern Michigan University, Kent State University, Mercyhurst University, and Purdue University. In addition to schools attending, there will be numerous personnel in all military branches on hand.

At the fair you will have the chance to engage in conversations with college representatives and ask questions; you’ll also be able to set up college interviews and view the possible financial aid options that are available.

Ally Latham, a senior at LHS, stated, “This is a great opportunity and definitely worth attending. I have heard only great things about what the NACAC has to offer.”

If you are still debating what you want to do after high school, the College Fair is the perfect place to go and explore your options.
