Patrick Mahomes on the cover of Madden 20

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes flexed his stats and now he is on the Madden 20 cover. On Thursday night, EA Sports announced the reigning NFL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year as the cover athlete of “Madden NFL 20”.

Patrick Mahomes is  6 ft 3 in and weighs 230 lb. Mahomes played college football and college baseball at Texas Tech University.  He quit college baseball to focus on football and in order to make his body build like a professional football player. Patrick Mahomes was drafted in the 2017 draft.  Ever since Mahomes was drafted he has been doing amazing and making defenses look terrible.

In 2018, Patrick Mohomes dominated the NFL. He earned the  Most Valuable Player and  he was entered in the Pro Bowl, but that is not enough for him. He also got into the First-team All-Pro and earned Offensive Player of the Year. Mahomes had been throwing the ball all year and its been winning games. Mahomes also won the NFL passing touchdowns leader. In the new video game, Madden 20, there is a special mode just for Patrick Mahomes. That special mode in the game lets players create their own star QB (quarterback) who attempts to win the national championship in the College Football Playoffs, then goes pro.

Your quarterback, which can be customized to even look like yourself, then participates in the NFL combine and draft in hopes of becoming a starter in the pros. This mode will change this game forever because Madden never had mode like this before. Senior Will Adams said, “This is an amazing player and he deserves to be on the cover of Madden 20.”
