It is that time of year when the Barnstormers are preparing their next play. This is a club at Lakewood High School. They work very hard and spend a lot of time putting on productions. Here is a little update:

They recently just finished a play. This play is called Moon Over Buffalo. Michel Minadeo says, “It was very successful.”

Their next project is Adams Family the Musical. This play will take place sometime later in the year closer to spring.

They are going up for the Dazzle awards that are held at Playhouse Square. This big event is where high school students from Northeast Ohio, that participate in theater, come to Playhouse Square to attend an award ceremony. It consists of 15 different categories. This event is Saturday, May 15, 2020.

If they want to get a Dazzle award,they need to make the costumes. One student is going to be assigned to design the costumes for the musical. Hopefully, the club will be recognized and be awarded for all their hard work and all their dedication towards the theater.
