Stop by the H2O office in B125 & pick up a membership form to take the first step towards having fun, meeting new people and making a difference in your community.   H2O meetings and service opportunities will begin in September.  The H2O office is open 4th – 9th periods and after school every day this week.

Do you know stuff???  What is the chemical symbol for lead?  Who wrote Crime and Punishment?  Who was the Vice-President during Eisenhower’s second term of office?  If you can answer some of these questions, then you might be a candidate for the Academic Challenge Team.  Come to a meeting today after school in Room A-203.  All are welcome.  LHS wants to continue a strong tradition of outstanding Academic Challenge Teams.

Gamer’s Club meets on Fridays and will be starting NEXT Friday, September 2nd in Room B301.

Do you like theater?  Does building a set, sound fun to you?  Would you like to make new friends at LHS? If you’ve said yes to any of these questions, Barnstormers Theater Club could be your answer. Wednesday, August 31st will be the first meeting.  So come and see what it’s all about after school in room B208.

Presale student tickets for home football games will be sold in the bookroom after school only. Student tickets are $4.00.  Fall athletes that do not owe current or past pay to participate fees can stop by the athletic office to pick up their free entrance sticker that must be shown to get into the football game tonight.  If you do not have a sticker you must pay at the ticket gate.

Deadline is August 31st – space is limited so don’t put off completing the application.

If you would still like a locker, Mrs. Calfee will be assigning lockers today during lunch periods.  After today, if there are any remaining lockers, you can come up to the bookroom to get locker.
