This week’s person of the week is Junior, Mary Roufael, she is an outstanding student with a great grade point average. I asked Mary a few questions for you to get a feel of how Mary Roufael feels about Lakewood High.

Q: “What is your favorite class here at Lakewood High School? Why?”

A: “I think my favorite class is Ceramics because I like to make different things out of clay, like pots and birdhouses. It’s a great way for the students to be creative without having to be super artistic.”

Q: What is your favorite part about being a junior?

A: “My favorite part about being a Junior is that it’s for one thing closer to being a senior and having the privileges that upperclassmen have.”

Q: “Why are you excited for your senior year?”

A:”I am most excited to graduate and go to college because I am so ready to leave high school and go off to college and see what life has in store for me.”

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Lakewood High School?

A: “My favorite thing about Lakewood High School is that we have as many different classes and many sports teams as we have. We are given so many so many different amazing opportunities that many schools don’t have. Lastly my absolute favorite part is that all in all we, as the students, have so much spirit for our school!”

Q: What are you most excited for in your high school career?

A: “I am most excited for our class to graduate and I am excited to go off to college.”
