    You may have heard his name in the finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Andrew Bogut is an Australian professional basketball player.

    He was drafted by the Bucks in 2010.

    He was traded to the Golden State Warriors in 2012, He won an NBA championship with the Warriors against the Cavaliers but he has decided to change teams.

    This month, Bogut has signed his free agent contract to play for Cleveland for the remainder of the season.

    Bogut played college basketball for two years, and earned “National Player of the Year” in 2005. He declared for the NBA draft, and became the first Australian to be the NBA’s first overall pick.

    Bogut signed with Cleveland last week, played for only 58 seconds in his first appearance with Cleveland on Monday before colliding with the Miami Heat’s Okaro White and suffering the injury.

    He will not endure surgery on his leg, but rather undergo “an extended period of immobilization and healing stimulation,” according to the team.

    He is expected to be fully healthy by the start of training camp for the 2017-18 season.
