Newcomer Katherine Langford plays the role of Hannah, a young women who takes her own life. Two weeks after her tragic death, a classmate named Clay finds a mysterious box on his porch. Inside the box are records by Hannah on whom he had a crush on. In the records were the 13 reasons why she chose to kill herself.

If Clay decides to listen to the recordings, then he will find out how he got on the list that was a reason for her to commit suicide. This integrates the heart wrenching tale is told through Clay and Hannah’s dual narratives. I watched the episode 1 and it was pretty interesting. Also I cant wait to hear why Clay was on the list because he was so sweet and nice to her.

Also he really liked her. Clay and Hannah work in the same place it was at a movie theater. Hannah had this one friend Jessica she really loved. They became really close friends. They both met first day of school well technically the principal arranged them to smile at each other and because they both are the new students. So basically they can see a familiar face in the crowd and smile.

Hannah first started a conversation with Jessica when she saw her walking the same way she walks. After that they basically started to hang out and became friends. At first when the principal said you guys should become friends. They both laughed it out saying you can’t become friends out of no where.
