In these playoffs the Cleveland Cavaliers have done a lot of sitting because they swept the first two rounds. They beat the Pacers and Raptors. Now Lebron and his crew are sitting for a week waiting around for their next opponent. They will play the winner of the Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards. Currently the Celtics are up 3-2 going back to Washington for Game 6. The Wizards in their first round matchup beat the Atlanta Hawks in 5 games. The Celtics beat the Bulls in 6 games after being down 2-0.

Now, Would Lebron and the Cavs rather play the Wizards or Celtics? Since the Cavs are the second seed this year they would not get home court advantage if they played the first seed Boston Celtics. If I were on the Cavs I would want home court advantage. Also the Celtics are playing very good defense in the series they are in right now against the Wizards. On Wednesday the Celtics won 123-101 and they exploded in the first quarter going on a 16-0 run in the beginning of the game. Every game this series the home team has won.

I would want to play the Washington Wizards. I feel like we would matchup better against them. Isaiah Thomas would also be a tough matchup to guard if we played the Celtics. Earlier he scored 53 points in Game 2 against the Wizards. Washington has more individual scorers in John Wall and Bradley Beal which is easier to play defense against. Either way the Cavs will advance past whichever team they play.
