    Join H2O and RAD for a morning of service to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday, January 15th.  Great opportunities are open to help organizations like the Lakewood Historical Society, Ronald McDonald House, the Ohio City Bike Coop, GiGi’s Playhouse and more.  After service, join us for a catered lunch and presentation by the Race and Diversity Club.  Sign up in the H2O office in the cafeteria.

     

    Hey LHS, it’s the most wonderful time of the year…time to nominate your favorite teacher and/or LHS staff member for Educator of the Year and/or the Helping Hands award!  Every teacher and staff member at LHS makes a difference every day, but once in a while someone stands out to you.  Take the time to pick up a nomination form from the bookroom, or visit the LHS PTA Facebook page to recognize someone. Nominations are due to the bookroom on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.

     

    Gamers Club will resume tomorrow in Lecture Hall 3. See you there!

     

    The annual Kiwanis hosted Lakewood Pizza Bake-Off will be held next Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00pm in the LHS cafeteria.  12 pizzerias from the Lakewood area will be participating.  The all you can eat admission (sorry, no carryout containers allowed) is, anyone 13 and older, $10 ~ Children 6-12, $5 ~ children 5 and under are FREE.  Vote for your favorite pizza, buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a 55” UHD-TV and new this year, the Ranger Café will be providing baked goods.  Purchase your tickets ahead of time by emailing your request to: [email protected]

     

    Attention all football players.  Stop by the athletic office during your late arrival, early release or lunch period to express your opinion regarding the next football coach.
