Mary Lavelle is a senior here at Lakewood High School. Mary plays basketball for the girls’ team here at LHS. She also played volleyball for the Rangers freshman year. Mary is a pretty good student keeping her grades at all A’s and B’s. Mary loves dogs so much. She has one dog that she has had for a long time and she recently just got a new chocolate lab puppy named Molly. Mary is full of humor and is always making people laugh. I asked Mary questions to get to know her better and this is what she answered.

Q: What was your favorite part of senior year?

A: It was pretty good but not my favorite year. I really want to leave this place for good.

Q: What is your favorite outside of high school activity?

A: Going to the beach and playing with my puppies.

Q: What are your plans for the summer?

A: Getting a job and making money and hanging out with my precious dogs.

Q: Do you know what you wanna do after graduation?

A: I plan to go to college and never set foot in this place again.

Q: What are some fun facts about you?

A: I’m not unique but I love dogs so much.

Q: Do you have any goals for next school year?

A: Yes, to have fun in college.

Mary is a very excited to move on to college and start a new chapter of her life. I wish Mary the very best.
