On Tuesday morning in Nashville Tennessee on May 1st a mother of one child parked in a McDonalds parking lot

A Nashville mom has been charged with child endangerment after police say she was smoking crack in a car while her 6-year-old son was in the back seat. Police say Kisha Whaley was seen parking her car at a McDonald’s restaurant on Brick Church Pike on Monday where she was met by three other people who got into the car.

An officer says Whaley was observed smoking what appeared to be a crack pipe and approached the vehicle. Inside, the officer says several syringes, a crack pipe, and four grams of cocaine were found. She apparently told the officer she gave two of the other people who were with her heroin, which they shot up in the McDonald’s bathroom. She also admitted to smoking crack in the car and to have .5 grams of crack in her bra.

The officer says Whaley’s child was in the back seat as everything took place and a run of her records found she was driving with a revoked license. All five adults who were in the car at the time were arrested.

I think what happened was very messed up for what had happened. She should not have been on crack especially if you have children, at least leave the child home and not bring it to a drug deal. The child must have been scared to witness his own mother getting arrested and not even being able to understand why.
