    NFL Draft

    NFL Draft

The NFL draft was an exciting one to watch with teams making the right decisions and teams making the wrong decisions. It all started on Thursday April, 25 where teams discussed their draft picks and having meetings with the players.

On the second day of draft week was the first round and every team was excited to draft. The Arizona Cardinals drafted Kyler Murray out of Oklahoma University and this pick was one to expect. The San Fransisco 49ers drafted Nick Bosa the brother of Joey Bosa who is a star defensive end for the Chargers.

The New York Jets drafted Quinnen Williams out of Alabama University with the third pick. With the fourth pick in the draft the Oakland Raiders selected Clelin Ferrel from Clemson and this pick was a real shocker.

Devin White was drafted to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the fifth pick. The biggest shocker of the first round was the New York Giants sixth pick going with Daniel Jones from Duke. Everyone expected them to go with Dwayne Haskins from Ohio State. But Haskins went down to 15 and was picked by the Washington Redskins.

With the seventh pick the Jacksonville Jaguars picked Josh Allen from the University of Kentucky. The Detroit Lions picked a tight end with their eighth pick in T. J. Hockenson from Iowa. The Buffalo Bills got a good pick at number nine in Ed Oliver from Houston.

The Pittsburg Steelers traded up to get Devin Bush from Michigan at the tenth pick. This was only the first ten picks of the draft and the rest of it was even better with many steals in this years draft. Senior Ahmed Muhammad said this to say about the draft, “It was very exciting to watch with all the great picks, Go Browns.”
