I’ve been going to school in Lakewood my whole life. Growing up with the same people, that I now get to graduate with. Lakewood high school has taught me a lot about myself.  I got to make some life long friends.  I’m very excited to have made it through all 4 years of high school, and when senior year hit, the only thing I could think about was graduation.

I would say my favorite memory of my time spent at Lakewood high would be all the stuff I got away with. I was a sophomore when the mods were taken down, before they were taken down it was easier to skip classes. Also, always getting away with not having an ID, all you have to do is wear a lanyard and have a white paper in the ID holder. It works every time… until you actually need it of course.

My plans after high school include going to a two-year college. My choice is Tri-C, after my two years there I would like to transfer to either Case Western or OSU. I haven’t decided exactly what I want to major in. I either want to be a lawyer or a Veterinarian, but I definitely want a business degree. I’ve always wanted to own my own bakery.

My advice to the underclassmen is to have a fun time all the while trying not to get into too much trouble. Also, remember that freshman and junior year are the two most important years. Freshman year will set your GPA for the rest of the years, and junior year is when you should apply to all your dream colleges, so you’ll need good grades. Senior year is simple just make sure you don’t slack off too much, remember you still have to pass!
