There have been many debates in the past about who is the greatest NBA player of all time.  There are so many different factors to consider, such as the era they played in, their competition, and how often they win. But there is one factor that stands alone from the rest and that makes a certain someone the best player ever.

Lebron James has always chosen the right way of doing things ever since he first entered the league. He immediately adapted to a hard game and played the game the right way. Within his first four years of playing he took a Cavaliers team with no all stars to the NBA finals.

When looking at a stat sheet you will see that Lebron is insanely talented, but he is also amazing in the things he does off the court. Lebron has donated millions and millions of dollars to the less fortunate and has even built an entire school for the less fortunate to ensure that more people get a great education.

When asked what he thinks of Lebron, Anthony Adkins, a senior at Lakewood High School, said “Lebron has always been my favorite player because not only is he a great player, but he is also a great person. And I think that people don’t value that as much as they should nowadays.”

Lebron James has accomplished enough on the court to be considered the greatest player of all time, but he has accomplished things off the court that make him certified as the best player. Lebron has shown all of us how important being a great person can be even when talking about sports.
