    Global Warming Impacts

Global warming might seem like something that is far in the future but it isn’t as far away as most people think. There are already signs showing that global warming is speeding up during this year.

“The report provides new estimates of the chances of crossing the global warming level of 1.5°C in the next decades, and finds that unless there are immediate, rapid and large-scale reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, limiting warming to close to 1.5°C or even 2°C will be beyond reach.”

Global warming has an impact on our lives and if we don’t change soon, we won’t be able to keep the planet at a stable temperature. Every single place on the Earth is being affected by Global Warming whether we know about it or not, it is still happening.

“The report projects that in the coming decades climate changes will increase in all regions. For 1.5°C of global warming, there will be increasing heat waves, longer warm seasons and shorter cold seasons. At 2°C of global warming, heat extremes would more often reach critical tolerance thresholds for agriculture and health, the report shows.”

This other report shows us that global warming might make life even more uncomfortable for us. Global Warming will result in less of Winter and more Summer. What is even scarier about global warming is that it doesn’t affect just the whether in the way that it heats up, but also makes it where the water cycle is even more intense. This will result in more rain and more intense floods in certain areas. While in other areas it will make more intense droughts appear.
