diving into astrology

What is astrology? Astrology is the influence that distant cosmic objects, usually stars and planets, have on human lives.

The position of the moon, stars , sun and planets at the time of a person’s birth is said to shape a person’s personality, affect their relationships and predict things about their future. What most people think of when they hear astrology is the “signs”, which refers to one of the 12 constellations of the zodiac. This is a form of sun-sign astrology, which is the astrology usually found in a horoscope in the newspaper. Zodiacs are the simplest version of astrology since only a person’s birthday is needed to generate their zodiac sign. Every zodiac sign has its own star constellation.

Astrology isn’t only about zodiacs; it’s also about the stars and constellations, like the Milky Way and the Big Dipper.

If you don’t already know your zodiac, you can look it up and you will get sucked right in.
