The 2022 Spooky Pooch Parade is Saturday, Oct. 15 starting at 12:30 p.m and going to 3:30 p.m. The parade starts at Madison Park at 13029 Madison Avenue. It is currently unspecified where the parade will end.
The event will start off with a Spooky Pooch festival where people attending can enjoy children’s games, entertainment, and dog-related vendors. The parade itself will start at 2 p.m, and will showcase dogs and their many different Halloween costumes with their owners matching. They parade on Madison Avenue and surrounding streets. The costumes will be judged at the end of the parade, which will be around 3:15 p.m. Any Lakewood resident can participate in the parade if they register.
You can sign up your dogs for the Spooky Pooch Parade; it costs $10 pre-registration and $15 day of registration. All of the profits from the parade will benefit LakewoodAlive.
