Soup Season

Soup+Season

In the final months of autumn, when all the leaves have fallen and a sheet of grey clouds consistently hides the sun, the snow has yet to start falling but the briskness of the air makes it feel like it should be, there is only one thing to make everything better — soup.

In this article, we are going to reference and summarize three of our favorite fall soup recipes in hopes of bringing a little bit of warmth to your breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals!

A go-to soup option that is versatile, tasty, and cozy is the classic lentil soup. Lentil soup is a great choice if you are looking for a nutritional hearty soup as it averages 20+ grams of protein per serving. If you are hoping to spice it up a bit you can add in some chicken or keep it vegetarian and add chunky ingredients like pumpkin or potatoes.

A great soup choice no matter the season is the classic creamy tomato soup. This one can be simple and light… you can even prepare it with just three simple ingredients: tomatoes, butter, and onions simmered with broth or water for roughly forty minutes. A tomato soup is nothing without an iconic grilled cheese on the side, together this meal will warm up your entire day.

What is a fall soup list without a top-tier butternut squash soup? This soup is sweet, creamy, and will warm your belly right up. Its alluring orange color and distinct flavors also soothe the heart and soul.

We hope this list will help you find a soup that hits the spot!
