One thing that you don’t hear a lot about is restaurants changing their menu based on the season. Mason’s Creamery does just that so they can give you the best of both worlds, serving ice cream in the summer and ramen noodles in the winter.
Mason’s Creamery, located at 4401 Bridge Ave in Cleveland, just started their “Ramen Season” on Nov. 11. Nothing beats a nice hot and steamy bowl of ramen on a chilly day. They offer different items such as chicken shiso, pork dumplings, Korean corndogs, veggie tonkotsu, and pork tonkotsu. Mason’s Creamery was first introduced by Jesse Mason and Helen Qin who moved from Los Angeles, California all the way to Cleveland. On their website, they say that when coming to Cleveland they found a “thriving food scene and a city that embraced small local businesses.” They offer both classic and unique flavors for you to enjoy. Mason’s Creamery is so popular that they even hosted Food Networks Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri back in May! They are open Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. as well as Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
Make sure if you are in the area, you pop by Mason’s Creamery to settle your ramen cravings this winter before they start serving ice cream again!
