Lakewood girls volleyball team celebrating a won set.

Thursday, Sept. 18th

Last night, the Lakewood girls’ volleyball team had a fierce game against Bay Village, losing in the fourth set. The Rangers started strong, winning the first two sets, but their momentum waned after a tough third set that dampened team spirits. The From the Sidelines’ “Who Put in the Hustle” award goes to senior Olivia Baker for competing with a fierce attitude and never losing her fighting spirit. Girls’ volleyball plays next Tuesday, Sept. 23. Good luck, ladies!
