Ariana celebrates her broken record in the Normandy gym.

Tuesday, Oct. 7.

Lakewood volleyball played at Normandy last night, winning in the third set. The win brings Lakewood’s record to 14-7 for the season. From The Sidelines’ “Who Put in the Hustle” award goes to sophomore Ariana Hueter for breaking the school record for kills in a season, with 278. Lakewood volleyball’s next game is Thursday, Oct. 9.

Connor is a senior in his first year on staff. He is involved in varsity cross-country, varsity indoor track, varsity track, and student council, and he is a National Honor Society officer. In his free time, Connor likes to fish and hang out with friends. A fun fact: Connor loves science and wants to pursue it as a career.
