Tuesday, Oct. 14
Lakewood volleyball played Normandy away last night, winning in the third set. Junior Clio Burgoyne had a great game, competing with a fierce attitude and going for balls that most would assume are out. This earned her the From the Sidelines’ Who Put in the Hustle” award. Lakewood volleyball’s next game is Monday, Oct. 20, at Hudson High School.

Connor is a senior in his first year on staff. He is involved in varsity cross-country, varsity indoor track, varsity track, and student council, and he is a National Honor Society officer. In his free time, Connor likes to fish and hang out with friends. A fun fact: Connor loves science and wants to pursue it as a career.
