Monday, Oct. 20

Last night, the girls’ volleyball team played Hudson, losing 3-1. The match was the first game of the playoff tournament, knocking them out in the first round. From The Sidelines’ “Who Put in the Hustle” award goes to senior Audrey McNulty for her dedication to the Rangers and hard work throughout the season as libero. Lakewood volleyball had an outstanding season, and congratulations to everyone who participated on the team this year.

Connor is a senior in his first year on staff. He is involved in varsity cross-country, varsity indoor track, varsity track, and student council, and he is a National Honor Society officer. In his free time, Connor likes to fish and hang out with friends. A fun fact: Connor loves science and wants to pursue it as a career.

Audrey McNulty, Columnist: The Brew Crew
Audrey is a senior in her first year on staff. She is involved in varsity volleyball, where she serves as captain; Team Rangers for a Cure; the National Honor Society; and the Student-Athlete Leadership Team. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, watching rom-coms, and listening to music. A fun fact about Audrey is that she has been out of the country twice — once to Costa Rica and once to Spain.
