Sunday evening, Lakewood Cheer had its End of Year Showcase at Harding Middle School. The annual showcase brings together the entire Lakewood Cheer program. It includes the LHS JV & Varsity Sideline teams, the LHS and LMS Sparkle Squad, the LMS Sideline and Competition team, the Recreation Purple and Gold Squads, and all of the youth campers that were part of the Lakewood Cheer Spring Youth Camp. Their showcase highlights a variety of routines, dances, and cheers that each team and squad performed during the 2024-2025 season, whether it was on a football field, a basketball court, or on mats in front of judges. Although this event concludes Lakewood Cheer’s 2024-2025 season, their high school and middle school competition teams will compete one last time for this season on Saturday, March 8th at Centerburg High School in Centerburg, OH for the March Madness Championship.
