The girls lacrosse team had their senior night last Thursday against the Buckeye Bucks. They celebrated their seniors well, with a dominant 15-4 win. Senior Gwen Hongosh stunted all match long, dropping 6 in the net. Her 6th goal was a behind-the-back stunner. This earned her From the Sidelines’ “Who Put the Hustle in Award,” which she has more than familiarized herself with. Seniors Kirsten Lloyd and Ruby Fraunfelder each scored their first hat trick. The girls next game is tomorrow, May 7 against Aurora on the road.

Lakewood slammed Bay Village in an 18-0 game, giving them a sad walk to their cars. Jackson Comer took the cake with 5 innings pitched and 0 ER, also going 2-3 on the plate. Dog-walking teams this hard should be illegal, but the Rangers just keep producing, with an insane 18-0 record.

Lakewood destroyed Rocky River 6-0 last night. This is nothing new for the Rangers, as they are just too good to let other teams think about scoring. Lakewood will play Bay Village tomorrow at noon.
