    Cavaliers Lead Series 2-0

    Cavaliers+Lead+Series+2-0

The Cleveland Cavaliers won Thursday’s game against the Toronto Raptors, 128-110.

They now go up 2-0 in the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Toronto Raptors. The Cavaliers are setting themselves up well for a possible sweep with playing the next game at home and only needing two more wins to knock the Raptors out of the playoffs. Especially since the Cavaliers are 18-1 in the playoffs, when they win Game 1.

The Cavaliers played flawlessly tonight with five Cavs having double-digit scoring. LeBron James with a staggering 43 points and 19-28 shooting. Kevin Love really found himself tonight with 31 points and 11-21 shooting. Then JR Smith with 15 points, Jeff Green with 14 points, and George Hill with 13 points. The Cavaliers looked like a real championship contender tonight and don’t seem to be slowing down as long as LeBron James is healthy and playing.

LeBron James is more than just leading his team this postseason, he is carrying them on his back. LeBron James is leading his team in points, averaging 33.4 points per game, with the next nearest player, Kevin Love, averaging 10.9 points per game. LeBron James is also leading his team in Rebounds (10.1), Assists (8.4), Steals (1.4), Blocks (1.1), and Minutes (41.9).

Tonight, in Game 2, LeBron James either assisted or scored 77 of the 128 points the Cavaliers scored tonight,  the most in his career during the playoffs. We should be looking forward to Game 3 on Saturday night, May 5, to see what LeBron James, the rest of the Cavaliers, and the die-hard fans have in store for the Toronto Raptors at home at the Quicken Loans Arena.
