    On March 31st, LA rapper Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed outside his clothing store in Southern LA. Hussle was much more than just a rapper, he was also an entrepreneur, community activist, and a father of two.

    Hussle’s death has led to an outpouring of grief. His death is all over social media with famous people giving their condolences to Hussle’s family. Hussle’s girlfriend and mother of on his children, Lauren London finally spoke on his death on Tuesday, April 2nd by making a heartbreaking Instagram post.

    “I am completely lost, I’ve lost my best friend, My sanctuary, My protector, My soul…. I’m lost without you, We are lost without you babe, I have no words ” London also put pictures of the two of them, and pictures with him and his kids in this post.

    Rumors spread about Hussle’s death to be gang-related but later finding out after they arrested Eric Holder who is the suspected killer of Hussle, that it was simply because of an argument and not gang-related.

    Hussle owned real estate with DJ Khalid in the Crenshaw District,  and within that real estate Hussle’s store, ” Marathon ” was put right in the middle. Marathon was brought to commerce into a lower class neighborhood. customers can buy what they needed in the store right from their phone will being in the store.

    Senior Molly Roche said, “I didn’t know Nipsey Hussle, and I didn’t listen to his music but after he died I sure knew who he was. I saw many famous people posting about him, and his girlfriend Lauren London. A good man’s life was taken, but his legacy will live on.”
