Apple has donated over $130 million to the HIV/AIDs Global Fund, It is thee biggest contributor to the Fund. For every purchase of a (PRODUCT) RED iPhone, Case, Speaker etc.. money is donated by Apple to the fund. Apple’s partnership with (RED)  has been going on for 10 years now.

Last week Apple introduced a new line of (RED) Products including an iPhone 7. The purchases contribute to research of the disease and how to find a cure. Their main focus is  prevent the spread of AIDs from mothers the unborn babies. Babies have no choice and when a mother passes on the disease it is like she is passing on her burden to share with her child The ultimate goal is to have and AIDs free generation.

Since 2006 The global fund has raised $465 million showing that Apple has donated a forth of all their donations .

Buying a (RED)  iPhone is more than just buying another iPhone, its making a difference in the world around us. It also raises awareness and allows people to ask more questions and become interested in finding a cure.
