    Ohio Cop Shot and Killed

    A Ohio police officer and two nursing home employes were shot and killed randomly Friday. A gunman began firing near Kirksville senior care center.

    Sheriff Randy Thorpe stated that three dead bodies were found inside Pine Kirk Care Center. It is said the shooter was around them.

    Police chief Steven Eric Disario was contacted Friday morning after a report of a ma with a gun was made. The last dispatch made was that the gunman was in sight.

    When back up arrived Disarios body was laying dead in the street.

    Disario was thirty-six years old and had six children along with another baby on the way.

    Witness Jeffrey Griffin said he heard gun shots when he was dropping his kids off at the babysitter. He said that people began running from the Kirk Center and he was in shock.

    Police ordered that residents near by stayed in their homes.

    Kirksville elementary school was placed on lockdown during the incident and closed the next day.

    Kirksville is about twenty miles away from Columbus.

    The man still has not been found. If you have any information police ask for you to report it as soon as possible.
