    2017+Billboard+Awards

Didn’t catch the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday? Well here’s a quick recap on the most memorable things that happened! Former Disney-star Vanessa Hudgens, and super-star Ludacris hosted the show live from Las Vegas, Nevada. Miley Cyrus performed for the first time her new hit-single “Malibu”and got a little choked up at the end with the great response from the crowd. Also, Camila Cabello performed for the first time since she departed from her girl group called “Fifth Harmony”. I guess now they’ll have to change it to “Fourth Harmony”. I also can’t forget about Lorde performing her “Green Light” single after a long hiatus from music.

Perhaps the most eventful performance was from Celine Dion with “My Heart Will Go On” celebrating Titanic’s 20 year anniversary of the movies release. Not only was Celine’s voice heavenly, her wardrobe was too! She was dressed in an all white gorgeous dress!

The Billboard Award also acknowledged the recently turned 71 year-old Cher. She had a killer performance with her hit songs “Believe”, and “If I Could Turn Back Time”. Not only that, but she received the Billboard Icon Award.

Hit rapper Drake was the biggest winner of the night, with 13 awards in one show! Making him break Adele’s record with 12 awards back in 2012. His song “One Dance” off album “Views” winning the majority of the awards. He also received Top Male Artist, and Artist of the Year.

P Diddy paid tribute to his friend the Notorious B.I.G. for what would have been his 45th birthday. Diddy announced that he would be releasing a movie in memory for Biggie called “A Bad Boy Story”.

So, that’s it! What an eventful night!
