    Hannah Cogar, a senior is Lakewood High School’s Person of the Week. She is a motivated,  kind and benevolent person who is always pushing herself to succeed. She is an incredibly involved individual at Lakewood High School, and she participates in many extra-curricular activities. She is a wonderful example of the amazing talent that Lakewood High School has to offer.

    Hannah Cogar is a member of Chamber Choir, she is a section leader for the percussion section of the Lakewood Ranger Marching Band and she is also a four-year member of the Barnstormers Drama Club. She has been in productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee, Into the Woods, and most recently, Little Women. Outside of school, she participates in the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra. She regularly takes voice and piano lessons, and hopes to pursue a career in voice.

    Hannah Cogar is a wonderful example of a responsible, intelligent and respectable student here at Lakewood High School. She has been very careful to plan her four years of high school out, ensuring that she would be able to graduate with honors. She was also very careful to maintain her GPA, and was accepted as a member of the National Honor Society. She has taken AP music theory, German all 4 years and is an avid member of both the Wind Ensemble and the Symphonic Mixed Choir. After high school, she hopes to attend either Berklee College of Music or Capital University and plans to major in music.
