If you live in Lakewood, you’ve probably heard of a place called Mahall’s. If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, The Roxy at Mahall’s is going to be the place!

On Feb. 11, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Mahall’s is hosting a sale where you can buy products from local vendors.  It is happening from noon to 5 p.m. and admission is free! There will be over 20 different vendors selling many different products ranging from baked goods to books to clothes to jewelry. The Roxy is a venue located inside Mahall’s that is used mainly for concerts, but also for fundraisers, sales and private events. Mahall’s has done many markets like this one and they even have vintage clothes in their store all year-round.  

We interviewed the co-owner, Sue Shestina, about the date night that they’re having for Valentine’s Day too, “There will be candles and tables for couples in the backroom with slow music playing and red lights, You can also go bowling after!” They also did this during Covid but it was more private, so they’re making it more open this year. Mahall’s hosts events several times a year so make sure you keep an eye out for upcoming events!
