Lakewood Rec Summer Jobs

Lakewood Rec Summer Jobs

Hello Rangers! If you need a job this summer, then you are in luck. Lakewood is hiring for their summer recreation programs! All the jobs are part-time, so you can make some money without spending all summer working.

The Lakewood City Schools Community Recreation and Education Department is accepting jobs in the following areas: Athletics, Aquatics, Event Staff, Front Desk, Grounds/Field, Maintenance, and Programs.

If you are interested, pick up a job application at the Community Recreation and Education Department or online here, then mail it to 14100 Franklin Blvd Lakewood Ohio, 44107.

When asked why kids should get a job for Lakewood Recreation, junior Maggie Barman, a lifeguard at the Foster Pool, says “Being a lifeguard for Lakewood Rec or a job for the Lakewood Rec in general is not only fun because you can work with your friends, but it also teaches you important social skills that you can use in the future workforce.” Another student, Liam Smallridge, says “I am looking forward to this summer being a lifeguard.”

Make sure to get your applications in before all the spots are gone!
