Job Openings in Lakewood

The pandemic may not be the topic of conversation for a lot of people anymore, but for many business owners, Covid-19 still affects them tremendously and they are in search of help! Whether you are a teenager or an adult, there are hundreds of businesses seeking help in Lakewood.

A good place for teenagers to work that is hiring is Dave’s Hot Chicken, which is located in downtown Lakewood across the street from Starbucks. In order to work there, you must at least be 16 years old. They are looking for people who can bring a positive attitude while conducting all duties and commitment to guest satisfaction. On the physical side of things, they are looking for workers who can stand for long periods of time, are able to work in the heat, and are able to lift 50-75lbs comfortably. They pay $14-15 an hour.

Right across the street from Dave’s Hot Chicken in Marc’s Plaza is Chipotle, and they are looking to hire a closing cashier. You must be at least 16 years old, have a friendly, enthusiastic personality, and have a passion for helping and serving others. You also must have a desire to learn how to cook so you can help them as much as you can if needed. Aside from the qualifications, there are also many benefits to working there! For example, you are able to have holidays off, free food, and paid time off! If you may be interested in working at Chipotle they pay $13-16 per hour.

These two examples are not even close to all of the businesses in Lakewood that are looking for your help!
