The seniors are allowed to dress up as an elf next week. During the week of Dec. 6 – 10, seniors will dress up as elves. They will be dressing up during spirit week to bring up people’s spirits! Seniors who went to the meeting on Nov. 30 at the high school cafeteria were briefed about what they are doing for that specific week.

The people who will dress as elves will pass out candy in the halls or in front of classrooms. Their mission is to bring the spirit of the holidays into the district, and in turn, hopefully raise morale for students who are suffering and stressed about midterms.

The seniors who are dressing up as elves get to dress festive without being dress-coded. Not only will this be an exciting chance, but the joy on their fellow student’s faces will also make them just as happy and excited for the holidays.

It’s important for the seniors to get involved with becoming an elf because it allows them to make an impression on the underclassmen. Having upperclassmen generously give you candy is enough to brighten anyone’s day. Any freshmen would enjoy some candy during the holiday season, especially during such a stressful time of year.
