Boom’s pizza is a newly opened pizza place, which is located at 14730 Detroit Ave, Lakewood. This specific spot is where Campbell’s Popcorn used to be to give perspective to where it is located. The owner chef Ben Bebenroth named the spot after his Grandfather, “Boom”.
The 14’ pizza, described by the company, is between Neapolitan and New York style. To start off your meal they have 3 snacks to select from. They also at the moment have 2 salads to choose from if you don’t want pizza. They have 10 red pizzas or pies as they put it on their menu and 3 white pies. If you don’t want any of the predetermined pizzas you can build your own.
The pizzas can be made vegan, sub vegan mozzarella and vegan pepperoni, 1 dollar for each. All the pizzas can be made on gluten free crust for 5 dollars extra.
