One of Charles Dickens most famous short novels, A Christmas Carol, will return to Playhouse Square for its annual production. This classic play, put on by Great Lakes Theater, started on Nov, 30 and will run through Dec. 23. Tickets range from $35-$80. Another returning show to Playhouse Square, The Nutcracker, famously encapsulates a classy and cozy Christmas. Our holiday favorite returns to Playhouse Square’s Connor Palace for 11 performances over two weekends. Based on the original story by E.T.A. Hoffman, The Nutcracker is two acts of ballet that enchant the audience, with music composed by Pyotr llyich Tchaikovsky. Our very own Cleveland Ballet takes on this performance to captivate the audience. The first performances are held on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15 with ticket pricing ranging from $28-$131 for the perfect seat to view an enchanting show.
