Harlan Hoegner is this week’s person of the week.  Harlan is a junior at Lakewood High School. Harlan is on the varsity soccer team and is in the electronics program at Lakewood.

Question: What’s your favorite part of Lakewood High School?

Answer: “I like all the teachers and students at Lakewood High School, I also like how there are lots of classes you can take like all the Westshore programs and all the art classes we have and I like how we have such a new high school.”

Question: What are you involved in at Lakewood High School?

Answer: “I’m on the Lakewood high school soccer team and I’m in the Westshore electronics program”

Question: How do you balance school and all the things that you are involved in?

Answer: “It sometimes gets hard with all the homework and practices I have but I just use my time management skills and I know that I might not be able to hang out with my friends but school is more important”

Question: What is your GPA?

Answer: “I have a 4.4 GPA”

Question: What are your future plans after high school?

Answer: “I want to attend college as an engineer but I do not know what college I want to go to”

Question: How does it feel to be a part of the Lakewood Community?

Answer: “I love being part of the Lakewood Community there is just so many things to do in Lakewood and we have one of the best high schools in Ohio”
