Well then here is the chance to increase your focus and relieve all your stress and tensions and have a chance to have fresh environment.

You are Welcome to join Yoga Club with Ms.May every Tuesday after school in C112. Our next meeting will be on 8th October. Do Join us!

It is something that can change a lot. This is what you need when you are tense or stressed about something. Yoga is really helpful, it eases your pain, increases self-esteem, and gives you strength.

Yoga also helps towards students behavior, physical health and academic performance as well as attitude towards themselves.
